1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of QVABET (qvabet.com), a football prediction and analytics information service, provided by Stanyo Kostadinov, trading as Sportanalyse, Schömeringerstr. 216A, 83071 Stephanskirchen, Germany.
2. What QVABET is — and is not
QVABET provides football match predictions, historical result records, and analytical tools (including break-even, edge and expected-value calculations) based on QVABET’s own historical data. QVABET is an information service. QVABET does not accept or place bets, does not hold betting funds, does not pay out gambling winnings, and is not a bookmaker or licensed gambling operator. QVABET does not guarantee profits and does not guarantee that any prediction will be correct. Any betting activity you undertake elsewhere, based on information from QVABET, is your own decision and at your own risk.
3. Accounts and eligibility
An account requires only an email address and password. QVABET is intended for users aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
4. Where QVABET is available
QVABET is intended to be commercially accessible internationally. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing or using sports-prediction and betting-related information is lawful where you are located. Mandatory local consumer-protection law remains applicable where relevant. We may restrict availability in specific countries where required.
5. Discovery (free trial)
New accounts receive 3 days of full Discovery access, starting at registration. No credit card is required. Discovery does not automatically convert into a paid plan, and it does not restart for an account that has already used it.
6. Paid Passes (7-day / 14-day)
7-day and 14-day Passes are one-time purchases. They do not renew automatically. Access continues until the purchased period ends.
- Bronze: €20 (7 days) / €35 (14 days)
- Silver: €30 (7 days) / €50 (14 days)
- Gold: €40 (7 days) / €70 (14 days)
7. Monthly Subscription
The Monthly plan (Bronze €50/month, Silver €75/month, Gold €100/month) is a recurring subscription that renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewal only — it does not end your access immediately. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then ends.
8. Payment
Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your payment card or PayPal account details.
9. Refunds
Our current process does not include monetary refunds for Passes or Subscription payments. Cancelling a Subscription stops future billing only — it does not refund the period you have already paid for. This is without prejudice to any statutory consumer rights, such as withdrawal rights for digital services, that may apply under the law of your own country.
10. What each plan includes
Bronze: all Today and Tomorrow predictions, Short Analysis, and 3 Deep Analyses per day. Silver: everything in Bronze, plus unlimited Deep Analysis and fuller research access. Gold: everything in Silver, plus the Pro Scenario Calculator and QVABET’s deepest research access. Exact feature depth may be refined over time; core plan differences will not be removed without notice.
11. Historical results and analysis — limitations
QVABET publishes its own historical prediction results. These are historical records, shown for transparency. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Predictions may be incorrect. Statistics, win rates, and the Scenario Calculator’s break-even, edge and expected-value figures are mathematical calculations based on entered assumptions and historical data — they are not a guarantee of any outcome, and Expected Value is a mathematical expectation, not a promise of profit. You are responsible for your own decisions.
12. Acceptable use
You may not use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service, and you may not attempt to bypass its access controls.
13. Availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis and may be unavailable at times for maintenance or due to factors outside our control.
14. Liability
We are liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, without limitation. For ordinary negligence, we are liable only for the breach of a material contractual obligation (a duty whose fulfilment is essential to the proper performance of this contract and on which you may regularly rely), and in that case liability is limited to the loss typically foreseeable at the time the contract was formed. This does not affect any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory law.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for abuse of the service or breach of these Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you habitually reside.
